Meet Brittnee Wright | The Force Behind Field Operations at Echo Canyon Consulting

Keeping the Field Moving

Brittnee Wright keeps things running. As Field Operations Manager at Echo Canyon Consulting, she makes sure campaign teams across the country move safely, efficiently, and on time. From travel and budgets to logistics and morale, she’s the one behind the scenes making sure the work gets done and the people doing it are supported.

Politics isn’t just a job to Brittnee—it’s a calling. She’s built her career around the belief that what happens in this field directly impacts people’s lives, and she’s proud to be part of that work.

How She Got Here

Brittnee studied Political Science with a minor in Women’s and Gender Studies at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte after starting at Hampton University. She later attended law school briefly before COVID shifted her direction. That time deepened her interest in both politics and mental health, two areas that continue to guide her today.

She first entered the political world in 2010 and has spent the years since learning every part of it—campaigns, field work, management, and now operations. She joined Echo Canyon in 2021 and brings experience, steadiness, and empathy to her role every day.

What Drives Her

If you ask Brittnee what keeps her in politics, she’ll tell you it’s her “why.”
“You have to have a story or a reason to be here,” she says. “That’s what keeps you going when things get hard.”

Her own motivation came into focus during the pandemic. Watching fear and confusion spread, she felt called to help others see the bigger picture and stay grounded. She believes that politics, at its best, is about helping people understand what’s really happening and how it affects them.

That sense of purpose shows up in her resilience. During one campaign, she managed a full team while bedridden and pregnant for three months. “I couldn’t let my team down,” she says. That commitment—to people and to the work—is what defines her.

Life Outside the Campaign Trail

Brittnee’s world revolves around her three-year-old daughter, her “campaign baby.” These days, she’s learning to slow down, enjoy family time, and appreciate the quieter moments.

She’s always been curious about the world, loves to travel, and hopes to visit Sedona, Arizona soon for its peaceful energy. She describes herself as a “seeker of knowledge,” always learning and finding new ways to grow.

What She Believes In

At her core, Brittnee wants to leave something lasting for her family and her community. She believes in helping others, staying positive, and bringing good energy into every room she walks into.

Her favorite quote sums it up: “To whom much is given, much is required.” For her, success comes with responsibility—and she carries that belief into everything she does.
